1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made inside the game (such as hints, or other items) are final and non-refundable. Once you buy something in the game, we cannot cancel, return, or exchange it.

2. No Refunds for:

• Accidental purchases
• Unused or unwanted items
• Change of mind
• Lost progress due to device issues or uninstalling the app
• Game bugs or temporary server downtime

3. Special Cases

In rare cases, we may consider a refund if:

• You were charged multiple times for the same item
• The purchase did not go through, but you were still charged

If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of the purchase and provide:

• Your registered email
• The receipt or payment proof
• The name of the item you purchased

We will review your request and reply as soon as possible.

4. App Store Refunds

If you purchased the item through Google Play or the Apple App Store, you may also request a refund directly from them using their own refund systems. We do not control how or when app stores approve refunds.
